From what I've seen NOT using the boom pole is the rare thing. Don't think it has anything to do with or. In my hall they're very strict and say that everyone commenting should not touch the mic, something about fear of damaging the equipment.

What Jesus' Return Would Mean for JWs, According to the Bible
by Afterburn inon the last day, jesus returns, and 8,000,000 jehovah's witnesses are shocked that he didn't return invisibly.
remembering the account of stephen, they know if they can see him, they can speak directly to him, so they line up proudly to be rewarded for all they've done for his brothers.. "lord, lord," they happily cry out, "just look what all we have done in your name!".
"i know," jesus says, "i saw.

If Jesus returned, they'd 'kill' him. (Disfellowship, slander etc.)

Did your congregation ever throw special parties exclusively for Pioneers?
by Tenacious ini'm trying to remember if these parties were a direct instruction from hq or if this was something on a local level.. i remember i attended at least 2 of these parties and we also would bring them gifts.
i saw them no different than a bday party (elevating someone to idolatry level).. if anyone else remembers these parties please let me know.
if there's a letter out there somewhere from hq that would be even better.

Yes, our congregation had a party just for pioneers, with gifts etc. Pretty sure it only happened once though.

This is it:

The article "Love Righteousness and Hate Lawlessness" . . . Although I hesitate to call it an 'article' as the whole thing is about three sentences with pictures. Such is the current state of "divine education".

The main corporation is two words "Watch Tower" society of Pennsylvania. Don Adams took over for Milton Henschel in 2000 when the Governing Body cut all corporate ties, and when he died Robert Ciranko took over for him in 2014.
The next major corporation in line is the one word "Watchtower" society of New York. The JW's first black corporate president, Leon Weaver Jr., was president of this one up until recently. Not sure if he died or just stepped down (maybe something to do with their recent 80-years-old rule). He's now been replaced with Harold L. Corkern, a frequent JW Broadcasting speaker and former president of minor corporation "Kingdom Support Services".
